By accessing the Texas Supply Co., LLC website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.

2. Commercial Use Only

Texas Supply Co., LLC primarily serves commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. By purchasing from us, you represent that the products are intended for professional or business use.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in USD. As a Texas-based entity, we collect sales tax on orders shipped within Texas unless a valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate is provided and verified prior to purchase.

4. Shipping and Lead Times

We partner with premium US-based wholesalers to provide industrial-grade equipment.

• Lead Times: Most orders have a standard 3-business-day handling time.

• Delivery: We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or wholesaler inventory fluctuations.

5. Industrial Liability Limitation

Industrial and commercial equipment (such as NSF shelving and spill kits) must be installed and used according to manufacturer specifications and OSHA/local safety guidelines. Texas Supply Co., LLC is a distributor and is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the improper use, installation, or failure of products. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the item.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the heavy and specialized nature of industrial equipment, returns may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%) and must be authorized within 14 days of delivery. Custom or bulk-ordered industrial items may be non-returnable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant county in Texas.
